Customers are welcome to assist the driver to keep costs down. All items are exceptionally well packaged and delivered either by our own delivery team or couriers. We aim to ensure all furniture despatched from ourselves leaves in first class condition. It is important that you inspect the goods when being received as we cannot be held responsible for damages after they have been delivered. We cannot stress how important it is that you take the time to thoroughly look over the furniture at time of delivery. Any returns for whatever reason will incur courier charges. Deliveries to If you have any concerns regarding delivery dates please do contact us. We are able to give all our customers good approximate dates for delivery - we are always here to help! On larger items eg wardrobes, beds etc, it is your responsibility to ensure that it will fit where it's intended to go. In a lot cases the item can be supplied to dismantle for ease of delivery. Please notify us in advance if any of the following may apply: It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the item purchased will fit in the desired location and that it can be delivered to such location. We cannot accept responsibility for items not fitting into a desired location or problems with access into the delivery address. If the item of furniture does not fit or you have changed your mind, and we have agreed to a return, a 25% charge of the item value or a minimum of £100.00 will be made. Payment can be made debit or credit card (or cash if being collected.) American Express is not taken. There is a sur- charge of £2.00 if paying by credit charge for amounts under £200.00 unless otherwise agreed with the management. Internet sales which are collected from our retail outlet are subject to an additional minimum 3% or maximum 10% handling fee on the invoice total (£7.50 is the minimum charge). Please note this is not per item, but per invoice. The collect charge is at the management’s discretion. Appearance Items made from leather, real wood or real wood veneers, exhibit variation in tone and grain within the item and between items. This is a natural characteristic and not a fault. Also, please bear in mind that web reproductions may differ significantly in shade or colour from the actual item. The appearance of items is likely to change with time due to the effects of light and natural aging. Errors and omissions Very occasionally a mistake occurs by us in entering information on our website or in ticketing of goods on display in our showroom and sometimes goods are discontinued or otherwise unavailable. Our website may generate incorrect information or pricing via out of date information or other such as malfunction. All prices are subject to confirmation at time of ordering. The following statement gives our position for these eventualities: the placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by the customer and is not binding on us until the order is accepted and dispatched by us. If a product seen on our website or in our showroom is unavailable, incorrectly priced or incorrectly described, or the order is in any other way unacceptable to us then we shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
